- Payment Due Immediately: All work must be paid in full at the end of the day or immediately upon completion of the job.
- Customer-Supplied Parts: Customers are responsible for purchasing and supplying their own replacement parts.
- No Parts Guarantee: We cannot guarantee that the parts you provide us are functional, nor can we offer a 100% guarantee that installing them will completely resolve your hardware issue.
- No Warranties: Due to the complex nature of component-level repair and third-party parts, we do not guarantee outcomes and cannot offer any warranties on the work performed.
E-Waste Recycling Policy
We accept select electronics, older retro tech, and batteries for responsible recycling and disposal.
To keep our operations running smoothly, we accept specific items—including vintage gear from the '80s, '90s, and 2000s and up. Please check our guidelines below before dropping off equipment.
